Meet our Shop Dogs
Maggie
This is Maggie, our managing director and can be seen in the shop with Esther usually 5 days a week.
After loosing our previous girl Ginny (also a collie) after 10+ years of friendship, there was a huge whole in our day to day life.
After much discussion into the idea of another pup in our lives we began searching and we came across a huge litter of collie puppies from a lovely family right here in Cumbria.
We went to see the litter and a mad puppy with intelligent eyes and an attitude of a raptor greeted us, claimed my lap, curled up and fell asleep.
This was Maggie and she definetely chose to be in our family.
2 weeks later she was home with us.
Maggie loves exploring the cumbrian mountains, playing in the lakes and of course chasing a tennis ball.
We also do Agility and Flyball together. For fun for now but competitively is definetely a possibility for the future.
She also has a long list of tricks that she is more than happy to show off when requested including waving, spinning, crawling, smiling, speaking and high five.
She is a superb super model and can be seen show casing our business and products on our facebook page.

Dotty
This is Dotty, she is 8 years old and is a little Chihuahua.
What can we say about our little Dotty dog, She's tiny but with a very BIG and lovable personality. Dotty is our saturday shop dog.
She loves nothing more than sleeping in her bed wrapped up in her fluffy warm blanket for hours in the day and eating tasty biscuits.
She loves greeting our human customers and can often be seen being cuddled in the shop and passed around, especially with our younger fans as she just loves children.
But don't let her size fool you, she's fended off dogs a hundred times her size, conquered Wainwright walks and ran on beaches with horses.
She has a heart of a lion.
Izzy
Izzy is a Jackapatterpoo (ill let you figure that one out) and she is 12 years old.
You will definitely hear Izzy before you see her. She is the mother hen of the group and likes to keep all dogs in their place and tell them off if they are being naughty.
She loves a good play on the beach and would happily spend all the hours in the day outside exploring.
She will never turn down a game of chase with her favourite tennis ball.
She also did agility and flyball in her younger days and was an excellent sport dog.
You won't see her in the shop as much but you may come across her a day here and a day there when we require some modelling and her human is away.
